You Built Something.
Now What?

Peer Wisdom Machu Picchu.  A peer mastermind for post-exit leaders, culminating in 9 days at Machu Picchu — where distance from ordinary life creates the space to finally think clearly.

The most valuable group is the one that's already been where you're going.

The Premise

Experienced leaders carry hard-won wisdom that most people never acquire — about what actually matters when building, when selling, and when deciding what comes next. That wisdom is most powerful in the hands of peers who are navigating the same questions at the same time.  Peer Wisdom is a structured process for unlocking it.

Peer Wisdom brings together 10–14 leaders from across the country for five months of peer learning, culminating in a 9-day expedition to Machu Picchu — where the distance from ordinary life creates the space to finally think clearly.

How It Works

hotel Sacred valley.webp

1

Monthly Sessions

Structured peer discussions on identity after exit, purpose and next chapter, capital allocation, peer wisdom exchange, and expedition intentions. Ben facilitates; the group is the curriculum.

2

Peer Accountability Pairs

Weekly check-ins between cohort members. The kind of honest conversation that doesn’t happen with your investors, your board, or your family.

3

The Expedition

9 days. Physical challenge, altitude, ancient trails, fire, and facilitated sessions. The place where intentions become clarity. Where you leave something behind and step into what’s next.

Timeline

Monthly Sessions and Peer Accountability Pairs  begin in June.

The Ascent Machu Piccu

October 11-19, 2026

Group integration and community engagement starts after the expedition ends.

What Makes This Different

Most masterminds optimize for content. Peer Wisdom optimizes for truth. The Machu Picchu expedition isn’t a reward at the end — it’s the point.

Distance from normal life is what allows people to say what they actually think, admit what they actually want, and commit to what they’re actually going to do.

Outcomes

What You Will Get by Participating
Chief Investment Officer, Los Angeles CA
"I came to Ben feeling like my options as a post exit founder were limited, and needing an ear. What I actually needed was the space that days away could bring, plus some thoughtful questions. I left with a clearer picture of what was next.  The experience accelerated my next move by months"
