Welcome to Peak Adventures. These Terms govern your use of https://www.mypeakadventures.com/ (the "Site") and services like unplug retreats, team adventures, and founder wellness journeys. By accessing or booking, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering contracts. Retreats (e.g., 3-day Rocky Mountain Reset) involve physical activities; disclose limitations during booking.

Booking and Payments

Reservations (e.g., April 17-19, 2026 at Devils Thumb Ranch) require full payment or deposit via secure gateway.
Prices exclude travel to venue, meals not specified (e.g., farm-to-table lunches included Day 2).
Confirmation within 48 hours; balance due 30 days prior.

Our Cancellation/Changes

We may cancel for low enrollment, weather, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics)—full refund or credit. Changes possible with notice.

Conduct and Safety

Follow leaders; respect peers in group sizes 5-10.
No alcohol/drugs beyond moderation; violations lead to removal without refund.
Assumption of Risk: Adventures (hikes, breathwork) carry risks; you waive claims against us for injuries from inherent activities. COVID/health protocols apply.
Health: Provide bloodwork/info; we coordinate but not liable for providers like Ascend Health.

Intellectual Property

Site content (descriptions of cofounder retreats, sample itineraries) is ours; limited license for personal use. No scraping/commercial use.

Liability

To the fullest extent, we disclaim liability for indirect damages. Total liability capped at your payment.

Governing Law

Colorado law applies; disputes in Denver courts.

Updates

We may amend Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
