Peak Adventures offers fair refunds to support founder clarity without financial stress. Policy applies to bookings.

Cancellation by You

60+ days: 100% refund less a 5% processing fee

30-59 days: 75% refund less a 5% processing fee

<30 days: No refund. 25% credit for future trip (good for 1 year)

• Transfers: Reassign booking to another (5% fee applies).

• Force majeure (e.g., illness with proof): Case-by-case credit.

No-Shows/Early Departure

No refunds.

Cancellation by Us

Full refund or reschedule if canceled (e.g., low numbers, safety).

Processing

Refunds within 14 days to original method. Credits valid 1 year.

Exclusions: Pre-trip items (journals, bloodwork) non-refundable.
